Community

The “Giving to the Community” program allows us to give back to the communities that support us. The most precious gift we can give is ourselves. Julie encourages all her staff and students to participate in community activities. There is nothing comparable to sharing your time and talents with others.

We believes that with this program we can all make a difference. Julie encourages her staff, students and their families to give back to their communities. Julie gives by sharing her talents through teaching and performing. She teaches preschool age children in daycares. She has offered to teach dance as an extracurricular activity to local schools. Offering an after school activity full of creativity, exercise and fun for those who may not have any other option to enjoy structured dance classes. She  offers workshops for local school dance or cheer teams. Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts are welcome to schedule classes in dance or karate to fulfill requirements for patches. Julie volunteers her services and location for these classes to express her support of  the communities that are shaping our future, our children.

The staff and students of JBPAC give to the community as often as the opportunity arises. This year they have performed at the Wanamaker Street Festival, Johnson County Fair free stage, WAMM and the Beech Grove Fall Festival. They have walked in many school and festival parades supporting local towns and schools. They plan to perform at the Greenwood Park Mall in December providing “Holiday Cheer”. JBPAC company families have volunteered to wrap presents at Barnes & Noble this holiday season.

JPBAC is proud to announce that we are going GREEN. This year we have recycle cans placed through our facility for paper, cans and plastic. The Boosters are  collecting certain items for Terra Cycle  Brigades. In seeing the recycling efforts at JBPAC, it has inspired many of our families to start recycling more consciously at home.  The effects of being green is one of our most rewarding contributions to the community and more.
